“Mission Critical: REAL Students, REAL Problems, and REAL Solutions” Another long day of lesson plans that could not be completed or a week of being disrespected, misunderstood while the workload continues? How do you fix it? Dream Builders Communication, Inc. (DBC) continues to have major success with school systems across the country assisting in areas such as increasing test scores, decreasing oppositional behavior, and providing practical skills to educators that may be applied daily to assist students while not giving up on education, life, and themselves. The areas of focus will be how to manage students, the workload, and emotions, as well as providing strategies on getting and staying on task with class work, homework, and testing. DBC will provide participants with tools in “relating verses debating”, more math than media, more reading than rapping, and the proper attire to assist students to aspire. Finally, DBC will share strategies on how to obtain, maintain, and retain momentum in and out of the classroom.

“It Only Takes Everything You’ve Got”. This workshop/seminar is designed to assist students in identifying that THEY’VE GOT IT. The talent, “it’s in there,” the skills, “it’s in there;” the ability to do it when others say it cannot be done, “it’s in there. Many people ask the question, “Where is there”? There is the secret place, deep down inside of ...Guess Who? YOU. The areas of focus are Leadership 101, Purpose, Time Management, and Responsibility.

The Three "P's"
Have you ever had an issue with Procrastination; or identified a professional that you would like to see or desire to be or seeking a true purpose driven life. If so this Dream Builders Communication, Inc. (DBC) would like to introduce you to The Three “P’s”. This session is designed to ensure Purpose, increase Professionalism, and decrease Procrastination. This interactive session will allow students to evaluate their current actions, and make adjustments (if needed), as well as improve their three "P" skills. This session will also provide strategies on testing, essay writing, and critical thinking/processing.

“Inspect What You Expect” This participatory session is developed to assist participants in inspecting what they may expect. Whether it may be ones’ race, creed, or culture, diversity is bigger than how I may look, sound, or what I may do. Areas of emphasis will be relating vs. debating, my friend or my foe, and can you really manage me.
